HOOD SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS
Semi-Annual Inspections

Kitchen fires are extremely dangerous and can quickly get out of hand with the potential for extensive damage to your commercial kitchen and risking potential injury to your staff and customers.
Because of this, State and local regulations, as well as the manufacturer, require that a Hood Suppression System for a commercial kitchen be inspected and serviced every SIX months by a licensed fire protection company.
During the inspection our licensed technicians will ensure the system is charged and ready to activate when a fire is detected and that the nozzles are serviceable and free from corrosion or grease build up. They will also ensure the shut off systems are functioning so that when a fire is detected all gas and electricity will be cut off to the cooking equipment.

In addition, defective equipment or concerns will be identified, repaired (on your approval), after which you will receive a written inspection report showing your system is in compliance.
All work done in compliance with NFPA standards.
