Quarterly Inspections

Quarterly tests are visual inspections to make sure the system appears to be operational. Technicians will ensure there are no apparent leaks on any of the risers or pressure gauges, that the fire sprinklers have no indication of issues or defects, and generally just make sure everything looks good.

Annual Inspections

A more detailed inspection including a visual and physical examination of the equipment and components within the system. Including sprinkler heads, pipes, control valves, alarm tests, and water flow tests. All discrepancies are noted and repaired and proper documentation showing the system is in compliance will be provided.

Five Year Inspections

Five-year inspections are extremely comprehensive and focus on the condition and operational readiness of the pipes and control valves: including proper pressure and water flow. Gauges are also inspected and replaced as necessary.
